Ash lays it all out there: we all have closets - all a closet is, she says, is a hard conversation - and closets all feel safe. But a closet is no place for a person to live.

Her TEDx Talk touches on so many concepts that we all - no matter our closets and our backgrounds - have to deal with every day.
Take 10 minutes. Pop in your headphones. And listen. Really listen. This talk is hysterical, but real.

2. Be Direct
3. Be Unapologetic
(Please please please don't quit before you get here in the video. There's a great payoff.)
